This is the final test match of Ashes 2017-18 held at Sydney Cricket Stadium in which Australian Players showed their momentum again and won this match by an inning and 123 runs and also they won the series by 4-0.

England won the toss and opted to bat 1st. The team, at the score of 346 runs was caught by the Australian bowlers. Cummins  took the four wickets while on the other side the highest scorer of this inning was the English skipper who scored 83 runs while David Malan scored 62 runs.

In the inning of Australia, Bancroft was bowled by Broad in the 2nd over of this inning at the score of 1 run. Three players struck wonderful centuries which helped the team to give the lead of 303 runs. Khwaja scored 171, Saun Marsh 156 and Mitchel Marsh scored 101 runs while the Captain Smith scored 83 runs.

The team declared his innings at the score of 649 runs for losing the seven wickets. Moeen Ali took two wicket by giving 170 runs in 48 overs.

In the 2nd innings of England, bad luck for the team that all the team lost his wickets at the score of 180 runs and Australian team won the match by an inning and 123 runs. Joe Root showed some sort of resistance against the bowlers of but was caught at the score of 58. Cummins again like 1st innings took four wickets.

In the presentation cermony, Cummins was declared as man of the match for securing eight wickets in the match and the player of the series award was given to Steven Smith.
